中國商務(wù)部5月27日表示，將引導(dǎo)跨國公司地區(qū)總部集聚海南海南省推進(jìn)海南自由貿(mào)易港（FTP）建設(shè)。商務(wù)部新聞發(fā)言人高峰在新聞發(fā)布會上說：“將落實好現(xiàn)有促進(jìn)投資的開放措施。還將引導(dǎo)跨國公司區(qū)域總部入駐海南自貿(mào)區(qū)。”去年6月，國家發(fā)布總體規(guī)劃，力爭到本世紀(jì)中葉建設(shè)具有全球影響力的高水平自由貿(mào)易港，自貿(mào)港建設(shè)取得明顯進(jìn)展。高峰說，中國在海南自貿(mào)區(qū)推出了28項開放和便利貨物和服務(wù)貿(mào)易的政策措施。還出臺了22項特別措施，擴(kuò)大金融、文化、醫(yī)療等領(lǐng)域的市場準(zhǔn)入。本月初，海南舉辦了首屆中國國際消費品博覽會。這是中國首次以國家級優(yōu)質(zhì)消費品為重點的博覽會，來自國內(nèi)外1505家企業(yè)的2628個品牌參展。展望未來，中國有關(guān)部門將進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化海南自貿(mào)區(qū)特定區(qū)域的貨物進(jìn)出口監(jiān)管政策環(huán)境，制定海南跨境服務(wù)貿(mào)易負(fù)面清單。（源引新華社北京 更新時間：2021年5月28日07:23 ）

Updated: May 28,2021 07:23    Xinhua BEIJING — China's commerce ministry on May 27 said it would guide regional headquarters of multinationals to gather on the southern island province of Hainan to push the construction of the Hainan free trade port (FTP).  "Existing opening-up measures on fostering investment will be well implemented. Regional headquarters of multinational companies will also be guided to the Hainan FTP," Gao Feng, a spokesperson with the Ministry of Commerce, told a press conference.  Notable progress has been made since the country released a master plan last June to build the island into a globally influential and high-level free trade port by the middle of the century.  According to Gao, China has rolled out 28 policies and measures to liberalize and facilitate trade in goods and services at the Hainan FTP. It has also unveiled 22 special measures to widen market access in sectors, including finance, culture, and medical care.  Earlier this month, Hainan held the first China International Consumer Products Expo. It was the first-ever expo by China to focus on quality consumer goods at the national level, with 2,628 brands of 1,505 enterprises from home and abroad participating in the exhibitions.  Looking ahead, Chinese authorities will further optimize the regulatory policy environment for imports and exports of goods in specific regions of the Hainan FTP and formulate a negative list for cross-border trade in services in Hainan, Gao said.
